We're exploring a new business Idea and learning fast about hindrances such as federal regulations, penalties and licensing fees made up by bureaucrats with no oversight by Congress. We've seen how they are soon to start charging outrageous licensing fees for anyone using digital image protection software. In other words --- if you want to run a secure website you are soon going to have to pay a big ass fee to the US govt --- who can't even run a secure web site themselves. The biggest hindrance to people making their own bread, or making their own way through life is a government that does everything it can to regulate every move those people try to make.
