I think there's been snow in parts of Arkansas that are further south than Tennessee (which is over half of the surface area of Arkansas)... And BTW, snow is not that uncommon in Nashville, which usually gets double digit inches of snow. We have gotten a lot in Arkansas. We usually get almost none.

i heard Boston got 7 feet of snow. how is that even possible? what the hell are you guys smoking over there? lols. at one moment you have zero snow, and then you have 7 feet of it?

guess, they should be glad their door opens to the inside.

the Middle East got snow too, by the way. Israel and Jordan, among others.

and i am reporting no snow over here. you guys can have it all. i don't mind. Smile

Reminds me of the closing scene in Day After Tomorrow....

At least around these parts the snow doesn't stick (long). But still blistering cold at times. Today it was 19F with a windchill of 9F at 8:15.... Brrrrrrr....

It's not supposed to snow more than 5 inches in my part of Arkansas and it's already snowed at least a foot this year.

Like much of the west, and especially the Southwest, we've had a very warm winter. February has a good chance of setting the record for the warmest ever here in the California desert.

Watching the weather channel the other day, some are predicting March is going to be a month of transition and the west will become cooler and the east will have a warm spring with some areas well above average.

mother nature sure has a way of surprising you. old man winter paid a visit today and freaking snowed 6+ inches in the mountains of socal.

talk about snow capped peaks again! still, the change in weather was lovely! the smell of rain
