I have never had fried peach pie, but it sounds great. If there is a world where fried peach pie is wrong, then I don't want to be right.

Fried peach pies are basically turnovers, deep fried.

The filling is usually dried peaches, reconstituted, and cooked down to a conserve. The resulting filling is intensely peach, but not runny or juicy enough to drip.

We took them to school in our lunches, but later, I learned to make them with a shorter pie crust that was a bit delicate. Served hot with either cream or ice cream, they aer beyond compare.

At least you know those fears are pointless. When you catch yourself thinking about something like that, note it in your head and try to change your thoughts to other things. Like changing a conversation with yourself.
