Do you make your own bread? Do you use a bread making machiune? Here's a tip:
Some of you may already know that you should remove the paddles before the bread begins to bake. When I bought my first machine I found that removing the paddles was a messy business and I usually ended up with the mass all over my hands and it was difficult to remove. Well, if you wet your hands before you remove the paddles, it's far easier and not so much sticks to your hands. Simple but effective.
