Asking fans of Family Guy and/or Cleveland Show

Years ago I caught an episode on someone's TV (I came in around the middle) where Cleveland (not sure if this was Family Guy or the Cleveland Show) was trying to get a kid back (I'm not sure if the kid was his, I think this was someone else's kid) and in getting him back from a foster family the foster family said Cleveland and the people he was with (I think redneck types) weren't going to take their check away (by taking the kid) and it turned into a big gun battle between them over who the kid was going to be with.

I vaguely recall Cleveland made some comment about being a black guy in the back of a truck with several armed white men.

Does anyone know what episode (and even which show) this is? :confused:
