OK, so basically you dont like fast food/processed foods but you do like colorful foods. Lots of reds, greens, and yellows (minus the cheeses).. hehe.

EXCELLENT Summation..and correct...I don't really like processed foods too much. The only fast food I like is El Pollo Loco which is a West Coast Chain from Mexico and I do like the fries at Five Guys alot..they use peanut oil. It is kinda intoxicating

My recipes are kinda boring I think for most people. I am kinda intuitive when I cook and I like fresh food ...clean flavors...al dente vegetables...

The most labor intensive thing I do is salad...alot of chopping. It is rarely ever exactly the same...but I always use veggies and fruit and nuts ....and I like kale for the taste and the texture especially as a base. Sometimes meat is OK in a salad but I don't usually like it in there.

My speciality is things that take 20 minutes or less to prepare LOL. Chicken takes longer but I don't stay in the kitchen the whole time...

I absolutely hate beans....I just can't eat them and this surprises a lot of people. Funny story..I was invited to a private cookout awhile ago and I was the only minority there which did not bother me because I was pretty close with everyone there. What was funny is that the event was held at the Chairman of the Board's home and his wife really liked me a lot and therefore, she grabbed my hand and told me that she had a wonderful surprise for me....what she had for me was a pan of baked beans....LOL...LOL...when she found out that I did not like beans...the look on her face was priceless. She kept apologizing for the mere fact of not coming off as a stereotypical racist. I honestly knew she did not mean any harm because I know her that well...but nonetheless...it was really funny especially when she pulled this huge pan from the oven and yelled "Surprise...I got you BEANS!!!".....haha

Duck sucks. I thought I was being uppity once on a date and ordered it. They didn't come ten feet before I smelt it and wanted to puke. HORRIBLE!
