Anyone Fluent in Chineese..?

Hi All!

Here is the deal: I decided to start a new business recently, and after reviewing my options I decided that my best bet for purchasing the equipment I need would be to order it from one of the many suppliers found on Alibaba.com. I did my research, and found 8 companies that offered the product I was looking for and sent each of them an email.

All of companies I selected offer to customize the product (a food trailer), and asked me to specify the modifications I need, unfortunately, this is where I have run into a snag.

One of the most important modifications I need is the addition of additional hot-wells/steam-wells to the food trailer, however, every single company I have contacted doesn't know what I am taking about! In some pictures of their products, I see pictures of hot-wells/steam-wells so I know that they have them, I just don't know what they call them!

Any tips, advice, applicable knowledge, ect.. Would SO welcome! I am running out of time to get an order placed (3 more days and it HAS to be done)!!!

P.S. I have tried to send me pics of what I want, but they tell me the pics didn't come through; one company tried to send me pic and have me pick the one that matched what I need but the pics didn't come through on my end!

Have you tried Google Translate?

There are online translation services all over the net,.,

Type up a page have it translated ..copy and paste..,

get a picture from their website with what you want, pull it into ms paint and circle it in red ^_^
then translate "this" via google and they should get the message! although to be honest id be uncomfortable doing a remote purchase of a custom item by someone that primarily speaks a different language :S.
