OK guys, I am just about to reveal the secret to the red (bell) pepper sauce here. It is a little touch of Piment d'Espelette (a famed pimento from the Basque region) which is rather hot,in fact, so une pointe de couteau (the tip of a knife's worth) would normally be enough to tingle your taste buds... That, and Barilla's olive sated tomato sauce.... Heerlijk!!!

joseph toast once in a while can be a good thing especially when toped with your favorite jam or marmalade. The impotent thing is to take in account is , moderation.

all day it was just it yogurt and banana and 1tost for brekfast. then lunch it was 1cheese sandwich an no pudding then cerale bar.then tea some pasta and tomoto souce and salad an only small ice cream.and some bsicites. all day!

i did good.i just had yogurt and grapes and tea and 1 biscite today i am going out with my worker soon im only even going to have a sanwich and saled for lunch.

[COLOR="Purple"]Today I had Franks Magic Pizza for lunch. This is a small slice of pizza topped with a ton of veggies I add on.

Dinner was some left over salmon and catfish with new potatoes and sweet potatoes boiled, a spinach salad, and a cup of mixed veggies. Desert was a spoon of triple vanilla ice-cream and a thin slice of plain cake.[/COLOR]
