I make phone calls while on the toilet, I just don't push too hard or flush while on the phone. I also take phone calls while in the shower. Heck, it isn't like I am on a video call.

What the original poster didn't explain was whether he was expecting an important phone call in a private setting (home environment) or from a public toilet (work environment). It might change the way you deal with your phone calls. I wouldn't want to be calling someone on a mobile from a public toilet booth, for instance, where anyone else in the rest rooms could hear my conversation and think it's highly inappropriate. (TMI?) At home you don't have to use the same stealth. You can also deal with your bodily functions quickly and then hope they call you back, if you've missed their call. Or else, you pick up the call, tell them to call you back, or offer to call them back once you've done your business.
