Yeah..I was actually at Folsom Dam a couple months ago, The part of Silicon Valley I live in has alot of lakes...and I could take pics...it is bad...but I don't have any before pics for you to compare with.....
One good note...Californians have risen to the challenge and conserved more water than required...the ones who haven;t are mostly the 1% who think the rule don't apply to them..and they have the money to pay for using so much.....which misses the point completely..... It is funny...almost all the lawns in town are dead...and it is a badge of honor...the lawns that are thriving...NOT something anyone admires.....
