Motivation

The best way I have found to motivate myself is to set up a reward system where I give myself a special treat when I complete a task.

I know,,, it sounds like something you'd do to get a dog to perform a trick,,, but it works for me (smile)

Thanks for the information Jim. I also notice a rewards system does work. It helps to have something to look forward to for some extra motivation.

I just don't understand unmotivated people. Motivation is bone to idea blood in which reward is flesh. so it seems to me that it's like you don't like proper form. Are you sure it's not your vanity that's injured believe it or not if you don't look or portray exactly what you want to motivation becomes foggy. Why not try some form of a makeover put your plans on your calendar and see if you can follow your plans out.
