There's a safety setting on Bing image searches. The default is a moderate safe setting. Most of the Internet is porn, like, 99.99999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999% of it (exaggeration), so if you have the safety set to off, then you will get porn, of course; no matter what you were searching for. Most people just don't realize this because they use Google with an immutable safety setting (over-simplification).
Since the default is safe, and I just did a search myself and didn't get as much oral and rectum raiding as you claimed, I'd say either you or someone else who uses your computer had it set to off.
Bing with the safety turned off is great for porn. Bing images and Bing videos both.
