I just signed it..

India has had this problem..

First They denied it..

Then they announced rape is an issue in towns or regions where the population is uneducated.

(Was it in my head or did a Gay Speak member also feed us this line?)

This incident is definitely opening a can of worms.

I can't remember the last time I read anywhere that Rape was capital punishment..but rape in India seems to headline quite often.
