Anyone can fix a computer.
#1
So my dad brought a ipod, ripped some of his cd's to his laptop and ended up breaking his CD drive as it has hardly ever been used.

I said the obvious... you broke the cd drive, so went on ebay searched the make and model of the laptop then let my dad buy the cd drive.

Then today I get a text saying he put it in and its working Roflmao, moral of the story anyone can fix their computer.

There's hope yet then Xyxthumbs ... but dads are like that - mostly. My kids only ever come to me when they know they will be happy with a repair using bailer twine  I can offer a choice of blue or orange though.
