I remember going on vacation with my parents when I was young,,, and they would always have us stand in front of a prominent sign, building, lake, whatever,,,, and take of picture of us. It was the touristy thing to do I suppose.
That was the trend then,,, and now with the advent of built in cameras on smartphones,,, they have devised another way of portraying themselves in front of unique objects and can send the pictures instantly to other electronic media.

i think it's silly. teenagers, fine, they're not adults yet. but adult individuals engaging in such behavior seems fully moronic to me. don't you have any self-respect?
