Actually Jim, I've never been drunk my whole life... I haven't even had a sip of alcohol except once... It's a personal choice and alcohol tastes.. weird! Lol

Personally,,, I hate the stuff too. It taste terrible and makes you say & do things that you wouldn't normally do (if you drink too much).... It's been several years since I've had any alcohol,,, Nowadays,,,,, I prefer to drink Coca Cola on ice (smile)..

Alcohol does seem to relax a persons inhibitions to a point where they may temporarily disregard social norms, culture & traditions. But the next morning you may wake with regrets for setting your real self free the night before. (smile)...
