This movie dramatizes one of the conspiracy theory's,,, believed by some,,, that HIV was created by the US government. The government experimented on prison inmates with the virus and the inmates were given shorter sentences for volunteering.

It was an entertaining movie, with romance, murder, seedy gay underworld, sex, and HOT GUYS!!! They managed to show naked men while keeping the naughty bits from being seen - amazing camera work & acting to keep those parts "just barely" out of view..

I like how the main character survived at the end of the show and was making a new life for himself.
