CONGRATULATIONS . Agr isn't important when tackling somthing like this. I am 42 ( not that I act it) I have just started the process today . And its scary yet liberating and although only told 1 person so far I do have a general plan to work to and the first step is taken. I actually fell happy for the first time in??? Well its that long I had forgoten what happy was. Good luck mate
