Buds on the arms

1. Warm showers (instead of hot).

2. A gentle soap. I use unscented Dove for sensitive skin.

2. Exfoliation during showering. I use a loofah pad, which I buy in a set of six at a time off Amazon.

3. Unscented lotion meant for dry skin that you apply EVERY time before you get dressed after your shower. (Scents in lotions are usually alcohol based, which will dry you out, so unscented is best.)

4. Emollient bar for the super dry spots. This is essentially a lotion bar. It looks like soap, but it's used to rub on spots with overly dry skin. An all natural bar is best, here are some examples:

Key ingredients in an emollient bar usually involve Olive Oil, Beeswax, Avocado Oil, Jojoba Oil, Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter, Borage Oil, Benzoin, Tea Tree Oil, and Vitamin E
