I got it from this article about the Rhino - without reading the entire thing again I guess they must just mean in Africa itself

Yup that's the 2013 one, as it says there. Gawd it even says it's original from 2011.

What really struck me about it is that somewhere within this info there were something like only 5 by 2001 and that one one had since seen a individual again. And we're only noticing it a decade later. What a fucked up thing.
