Emiliano Wrote:If the last episode killed me, this one brought me back to life. Next year is going to be so intense, I can't wait.I knew the Snow reveal was coming. But I still loved it. That episode gave me everything I wanted from it. I kept having to pause it and explain it to my friend who has never watched GoT before and I kept being like, you don't understand what a big deal all of this is.

Do you guys think Cersei knew Tommen would kill himself?

Best episode of the year, imo, even if it means the end of Majorie (who I ADORED!)! I especially savor end the look of realization on the High Sparrow's face right before he was blown to $hit by green-fire!

Also, I have to admit, though I DESPISE Cerci, seeing that old "Shame"-Cow get her comeuppance was ~very~ satisfying!

Speaking of comeuppance, how about Sansa's well deserved revenge? AWESOMNESS!!!

As to your question, about Tomlin? YES, I do think Cerci knew, because (if you remember what the fortune teller told her as a child). The teller said that all Cerci's children would die before her, and that "golden would be their shrouds". If you look back at e episodes when the first 2 kids died, they were both wearing golden cloths. As soon as I saw how Tomlin was dressed, I told my husband that he as about to kill himself.

Have you watched Funny or Die's "Gay of Thrones"? If not, I HIGHLY suggest it! Wink

that's the same thing I thought, I think she knew the death of the queen would kill him but she never liked her anyway but she didn't want to kill him directly, when the episode started with here I thought "holy shit, it's about to go down" . I did love to see that cult get what was coming to them, but I was sad to see Loras die, I wanted more hot sex scenes with him.

Btw I could not recall, but was that guy called by the Dorne's sand snakes looks very similar or was actually Varys? He just showed up for a few seconds and I couldn't make sure if it was really him.

And at the same time he was on the ship behind Danerys?

I also thought the last episode was very satisfying Smile

I kept expecting her to betray her husband. It may be because I watched The Tudors and she was sneaky in there I think.

Yes, that was Varys! They actually skipped forward in time, immediately after Cerci blew up the Sparrow(s). It was a little confusing at first, but I guess they did it for time. Not only are the Sand Snakes aligned with Dani, but through them Dani is now also aligned with House Tyrel. If you look close in the final scene, you will see that House Tyrel's house symbol is on many of the sails in Dani's fleet! Smile

^Right. Non-linear editing. I'll say it wasn't as smooth as it could have been, but they did have to pack a lot of story into that 1:15. Weird that people are so hung up on that tidbit considering how great the finale was. What are they looking for, more of Sam's journey?

Not liking this lingering fracture(?) between Jon and Sansa. Given their story arcs so far, it feels a little forced. We'll have to see how it goes...

Insertnamehere Wrote:Can I do that to you too? Can I extend that to other areas too? Like everytime you post a music video, can I ask if you actually have listened/watch it?

Simple answer: yes.

I vet every single video I post for audio/video quality, source, and actual content (some tend to censor the good stuff). And I would never post anything that I don't enjoy on at least some level. What would be the point?

That said, I'm going to apologize to you for being a dick that day. Sorry for that.

What disappointed me a little, was, that there were no cliffhangers to speak of this season finale. Nobody's "dead", nobody tries to escape from danger, just Cersei being queen and Dany on her way to Kings Landing. From the way things have developed, that fight will happen sooner rather than later, so that can't be IT. And the fight against the White Walkers is limited to the wall, with just Jon and Sansa anywhere near it. Unless they breach the wall and GoT becomes "the walking dead", which does not sound interesting to me.

Ah, I see. Now it explains everything. I didn't really pay attention to the flags on the ships as many things happened in a short time - and I actually kind of like the tyrell family so I was still grieving for the deaths.

With now seemingly every one pointing their swords towards Cercei I wonder how it would end, I kind of feeling Jaime might slain her for the best at last, being a King / queen slaying again for the good.
