Not necessarily. You are still young and unless he's been sowing his wild oats with lots of other partners, you are probably safe. If you have any doubts or worries, you should get yourself to a GUM clinic to be tested. The tests are anonymous and that way it'll put your heart at rest. I am not qualified in any way to give medical advice, so these are the thoughts of a layman. If you are worried it's always best to make an appointment to get checked out. If he or you have had sex with anyone else you may have questions that need answering and proper testing will answer them. If you have only been with each other it's highly unlikely there's a problem. As fjp999 says, whilst it's extremely unlikely that you will have caught HIV through sucking him off, other illnesses, including, hepatitis, are very transmissable through oral sex (that is if one of you has it in the first place, of course!).
