There definitely needs to be more enforcement for sure, especially in these parts. I guess people want to have a dog but don't want to bother taking care of it, between their ignorance and recklessness they don't give their dog proper care because they stuck it outside and feed it crap food and thought that's all she needed. Pets are expensive...unless they're goldfish and frankly some people shouldn't even have that.

Glad that there was a good outcome for this dog, seems like she would be a fun dog to have around. I would love to be able to have a dog but I simply can't afford it and really need to have a proper home so they can run around and be dogs...

Yes, the transformation was really remarkable. Hardly looked like the same dog.
