Wrong. It is a partner's right in a relationship to want condomless intercourse. What's the point of being in a relationship if you continue to use condoms forever/indefinitely.
So, it is within his right to ask for it. If his partner doesn't agree, and if it's unacceptable, then they are not sexually compatible. And I'd find someone who is.

I think your partner is being smart. Even if you're both negative for any diseases, it's always safer to use a condom, but that's something you'd have to bring up with him. As for me, no condom, no sex.

Thanks guy I talked to him and we agreed that it is the best way and healthy even though I like having sex without condom but I have to do that for him.
