Posts are held for moderation at random, I don't think there are any keywords or conditions...Seems it would be more work on the coding side to look at keywords, posts lengths, etc.
Your moderated posts should appear when you reach 50 posts... If you have 47 posts and 3 of them are held for moderation they should appear and your post count should go to 50. At least that's what I remember anyway...
