Hi,Â

itâ€™s risen from the dead and I canâ€™t stay away.Â

Was here before from 2014-16. Still living with my husband in Florida, retired in 2018, started doing nude yoga and volunteer at the GLBT center Orlando. Currently recovering from open-heart surgery, so all the quarantining doesnâ€™t bother me.Â

Recovery is very smooth. Was on Tylenol as painkiller 2 days after surgery and didnâ€™t have to take anything in over 4 weeks. No opioids needed, yeah.Â Starting my cardiac therapy Thursday. Husband has been extremely good as caretaker.

Good luck with the cardio therapy.Â I'll bet they are after you about all sorts of things like diet, weight, sodium, etc.Â It can be hard work, but you will make it!
