what are the causes? I have had to take meds and I believe that it affected my last marriage relationship. At times I would not even have a orgasm, but I was married to a dominant women as well....that may have played a big factor.

I’m on meds against depression which are known to make orgasming more difficult. Desensitizing your penis with a ‘death-grip’ during masturbation could also be a reason.
