I don't take afternoon naps but I do tend to conk out while watching TV in the evening. Really annoying to wake up and suddenly realize what you're now watching bears no relationship to the last thing you remember watching.

The effects of intermittent fasting, which can be "roughly" skipping the first or the last meal of the day, can promote and even extend the body's "autophagy" process.
