However, here is a channel you should know about, if you like cats / kittens.
TinyKittens is an organization located in Canada. It is near two feral cat communities.  They monitor the communities, care for any ill feral cats, and follow TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return). Meaning, they trap cats, neuter / spay them so they can't reproduce, and return them to their community. However, if they can tame/domesticate them, they do, and find "furrever homes" for them.
They often capture expectant mother cats, and keep them in captivity, allow them to have their litter, and domesticate and adopt out the kittens.
