I’ve been trying to be more consistent with my STI screenings, but sometimes I find myself delaying it because of anxiety or just not feeling like it’s urgent. That said, I know regular testing is a huge part of being responsible — for myself and my partners.
So I’m curious:
- How often do you get tested?
- Do you follow a routine (every 3 months, every new partner, etc.)?
- Have you ever felt judged or nervous about getting tested?
- Any tips for making the process less stressful or awkward?
