My place
#1
I need to find my place.
Where I can be alone.
Where I cannot be found,
Where I cannot be touched.
I need to find some place,

Where I can be free.

---------------------------------------

I wrote it a couple of months ago. Didn't know it at the time, but may be, just may be, it shows that I'm gay.

Just replace the word 'free' in the last line with 'gay', and the poem will still makes sense to me.

One thing about thinking that I'm gay, is that it gives me more freedom when it comes to being, or at least trying to be artistic.

Writing a poem... a story... taking pictures... presenting the picture... etc... etc...

All the solitary things I do when I'm in the mood... has become much more 'gay', so to speak.

Is this also a place where you cannot be harmed but where you can be YOU???
Have you loved another man, or have you been in love with another man? If so you are definitely gay. But being an artist doesn't necessarily mean being gay. However acknowledging your true self may unleash the artist in you. It IS a matter of freedom, I agree.

P.A. : Nah... never... Just normal relationship with men.

Until recently, I couldn't even imagine having sex with another man.

But now, I don't think it's a big deal. Sex is sex. With whom? Matter of choice and preference.

You might not realize it, but it's such a HUGE change in me. I used to freak out at the thought of having sex with another man.
