Uni update.

Iya and allo and Hey!

First post in a very very long time, but I thought this post would be appropriate for a number of reasons so I'll explain my main reason. !

Okay any of the oldies and originals on the site, (Which to be honest I'm not sure any of the guys that started when I started are still here), anyway they may remember a few of my first posts was about Uni and I didn't know if I wanted to go or not - If it would be a mistake - Well I went.

The past few years I wanted to drop out so bad for various reasons. This year has been terrible - one of the main reasons was within the space of a month back in Feb both my Dad and Nan got diagnosed with forms of cancer - and had to under go various treatments and ops - anyway of course I took time off and this did hinder me, I really couldn't of got through it without the support of my friends, workplace or university - anyway both are fine now but yup that was hard.

I got to my exams - one of my modules I was at a low C, the others averaging B/C... I had no hope at all - prepared myself to fail miserably, Davey (Shadow) knows this all too well. I convinced myself I failed and will have resits as I did bad in two exams - and this was the best way so I wouldn't be gutted.

Get to the university, (After sleeping for one hour) - check results.. first of all failed list looking for my name.. Not there.... go through the rest.. and where do I find it?

2.1 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ACTUALLY GOT A 2.1 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had to check the failed list 6 times, took a photo of this list to check all the way home, got home rang the university and confirmed.. Yesterday was the best day I've had in a long time!!!

I know you are more than likely thinking wtf is the point of this? Well I wanted to update - but I think the story also gives a moral in some way :$ You may think you've lost it all no point on carrying on - but sticking it out really DOES pay. If you get in a similar situation trust yourself you will shine through >_<

Anyway thats my exciting news!! Hope you are all good!!
