sometimes i sit and wonder if your waiting
i wonder if your heart is as empty as mine,
I think about how lonely you must be,
alone and going out of your mind.
i know this same feeling,
this burden you bear,
it rips me up also,
to know your not there,
to hold me in sorrow,
to wipe all my tears,
for me to do the same,
to allay both our fears,
but then i remember,
the thought comes to mind,
how ive yet to know you,
eachother we must find.
so again i sit and wonder,
hoping to see,
the day that finds you beside me.
