I am trying to build a Gay Business Network And its obviously against GaySpeak Rules to give a link here. But I Seriously need help the debug the site its not even in Alpha mode. But I don't know how some people are registered already. So I am in a hurry and any help will be appreciated.

Sorry but you might as well be talking Martian for all the sense, "Alpha mode" makes to me!

However, perhaps if you explain what this site is about and offer to send a link to people in private messages or email or something we could take a look.
