Heritage Law in Germany

The
Federal Constitutional Court in Germany has adapted heritage law.

Homosexual partners should not be discriminated against heterosexual spouses in inheritance tax. This is shown by a Resolution passed by the Federal Constitutional Court.

Hey Fenris,

That's really cool that Germany recognises gay relationships and treats them the same way as straight ones.

In the UK it's pretty much the same as long as you are civil partnershipped.

Bravo Germany! Europe and South America now are so much more advanced and socially forward than the US...the religious right is doing everything they can to move the clock backward here...so nice to see progressive attitudes prevail elsewhere!
