I wouldn't say I'm into it, I'd agree with most people here it seems a little extreme, but there's worse kinks.

I've had someone try it on me unsuccesfully before and I have to say I wasn't keen, it just seemed on the wrong side of dangerous and I didn't enjoy it all that much. Don't think I'd be going back to try it again
