It has not changed. There are two Western Zodiac "systems." The traditional one will not change. The other one changes every year and has a 13th sign. The story recycles in the news now and then on different scales.

I was born a Pisces and I'm going to die a Pisces lol.
If the new sign is officially recognized, I think that there will be "Vintage" Horoscopes or "Old Horoscopes" and the "New Horoscopes" for people to choose from lol.
