Spots/Acne...
#21
I personally use Vitamin E caplets (Since 2005). Make a hole using a needle and squeeze the oil onto your skin. Massage it. Use it twice a day.

I used to have terrible scars on my face but they slowly faded.

My mom once said that my skin looks better than hers. Mua, ha, ha ...

But of course, results may vary from one person to another.

Another suggestion is to change your pillow cases once in a few days or a week. My friend does this and it seems to help him a lot.

I went through two six month courses of accutane which shrinks the sebum- oil- glands. made my skin terribly dry for the entire treatment but luckily after two tries it knocked down the acne a lot

i was still left with scars and some big breakouts came through so at night I use differnin gel which is a retinoid so it speeds cell turnover to help ease the scarring over 2 or so months. It was aggravating to have the scarring but I used a tinted moisturizer from aveeno to hide the redness. Then I slather on benzoyle peroxide everynight and morning. no need to moisturize at night, just the am.

Try applying TONS of benzoyle peroxide gently to keep from disturbing the skin too much

good luck! It's only temporary I promise!
