I understand that men need sex the same way they need food, but I do not reccomend having sex with your hand too often, it is plain unhealthy for your mind.
I would suggest using a long and narrow anal probe. If you do not have fond memories to refer to, then get some nice pictures or videos. Remember: Sex takes place in the brain and in the mind. Use the right images. I hope you can find a real living partner soon. That is really the best way to celebrate life.
