Knocked on my door at night
Tears in her eyes
Collapsed in my arms,
And said with a sigh
“How nice to have a friend like you
So kind. So gay!”
She must have seen me with guys
And thought I was gay, totally
Oblivious to the fact that I
Also fancied girls, her specially
Went on to tell me
She’d just caught her boyfriend
Cheating on her
Stormed out, now needing
A shoulder to cry on
I wiped away her tears
Gave her a drink to drown her sorrow
Though couldn’t tell her I was bi
So as not to embarrass her
When she got sleepy, I said
‘I'll take the sofa, you have the bed’
But she insisted, 'We share the bed,
I want your friendly cuddles’
I acquiesced
In bed she soon noticed my bulge
And, pleasantly surprised,
Her eyes conversed with mine
We realised we needed each other,
that night, as a woman and a man.
Tears in her eyes
Collapsed in my arms,
And said with a sigh
“How nice to have a friend like you
So kind. So gay!”
She must have seen me with guys
And thought I was gay, totally
Oblivious to the fact that I
