Like many, I'm a bit obsessed with this Leonard Cohen song. I've heard many, many versions of it and I could not be complimentary about them all by any means. However, this live version by k.d. lang is simply stunning. Beautiful arrangement, magnificent performance (I could have done without the baying audience, although I guess it makes for a certain atmosphere). Unfortunately, it caused Albert some concern that I was dipping into a low when he came in from work and found me in tears ... I wasn't, btw, just intensely, intensely moved
