I didn't like this one very much when I first heard it but, now, I love it.




I love the pre-chorus part - there's a very menacing chord. I also love that it's kind of James Bond-ish, but it has these messy electronic sounds that sound a bit off/out of place - they add a sourness to the song.

I went to see her/them in November. Cute music. I liked when she played the guitar. She's a very charismatic pop act. A lot of pop acts seem very gimmicky, but she is unique - unfortunately, she doesn't seem to be very big this time round. I listened to her/them a lot over the summer. I enjoyed last summer - I went swimming a lot and I wasn't around many people. I want to be around people, but I just feel like a burden. The person I was during the summer, I would like to hang out with. I was bearable, then.

Also, earlier on, I was in the car with my brother. He played Heaven or Las Vegas, by Cocteau Twins, on cassette. It was cool. The CD version is kind of flimsy - the cassette brings it to live. It's a lot fuller.

I listened to this song when I was 13. It's bringing a lot of nostalgic feelings to me right now... It makes me feel like I am living in the 60s - 70s, haha.
