I saw Nureyev during his farewell tour in London. He was forty-four (if I remember correctly) but, boy, could he move!

I saw him in London too, but I was disappointed by his performance that evening... Apparently he'd been drinking and that just doesn't cut it. This doesn't take anything away from the fact that he was an outstanding dancer (just not that time).
