Masculine V. Feminine
#21
I couldn't respond to the poll, as I am very satisfied with where I'm at. Personally, I prefer guys that are more feminine than I am. I find that if I'm with a guy that is as masculine as I am that we tend to compete for dominancy in some odd way. I don't care for that. I'm the masculine one. On the other hand, some of the more feminine guys are very dramatic. I find the low-keyed, sweet, feminine types very attractive. Sweetness is number one.

If I was more feminine I'd be a girl. I'm soft spoken, small (I'm 4'10 and weight 100 pounds), hairless (not by choice), I shy away from certain things and cry often when I'm sad, even if I'm not THAT sad.

I lean towards my feminine side; however, I don’t act in an effeminate way if that makes any sense? Scatter

I sometimes wish I were a little bit feminine in some ways. I am masculine and have that apperance as well and when I am at gay clubs people think that I am straight no matter what I try to do, not like I really try and be any other way. Yet I think if I were a bit femmy that maybe that would be a sign to people that I am gay and more approachable since I am so shy myself. The funny thing is that I look at myself as a bottom and people still think I am straight, its like what the hell, lol

Have you tried wearing a t-shirt with a slogan along the lines of 'I prefer cock'. Wink

I dont really wish i was more of one than the other. I'm more masculine in looks even though i only weigh 130 Ibs and I like to talk about cars watch sports and play games like Call of Duty. But I'm also feminine-like cause I like to chat on the phone a lot go shopping and talk about clothes.
So a good mix i guess XD.

I tend to be an "even balance"......I've had people tell me that they could tell I was gay right way, and others will tell me that they had no clue.

I talk to straight people, and mention that I love Madonna, dance music, and watch figure skating, and they are not surprised. However, if I talk to gay people and tell them that I've gone horseback riding, and that I enjoy hiking and camping or cooking over an open fire, they say "Oh, so you're butch?"

LOL

I'm not flaming gay and have many very masculine interests but when you meet me, usually people can tell that I am gay. And coming from a small farm town, people don't respond to it to well. I think I would be happier if I acted/came off a little more masculine because then I would be more comfortable meeting pretty much anyone. I'm the type that I can walk up and talk to anyone, but when it comes to heterosexual guys I usually quiet down because I don't want to make them feel uncomfortable.

My roommate is like you, he is very feminine but wants to be masculine. I would love to be like him, so i don't really understand why he would want to change. I have the problem of some people not believing I'm gay even after i tell them, so i don't think i would mind if people would start thinking i was gay.
