Chamomile.

Ideally 1:1 ratio with catnip as a tea - catnip has the opposite reaction on humans than it does on cats. I use two teaspoons (9.85 ml or 10 grams???) to a two cup mug (two measuring cups - about 473 ml)

I seep it for 10 minutes to make a wicked strong brew. I will also add a leaf or two of fresh mint for flavor.

Sleeping pills don't lead to natural deep sleep - nor will alcohol if you are thinking of using nightquils new Zzzquil or beer or cider or wine or...... Most sleeping pills leave you groggy in the morning.
