I know very little about golf (thought what Robin Williams said about it was hilarious though), but I believe the lady golfer said she was stung in between the first 2 holes of her game (there are 18 holes, IIRC) whereas the doctor instead assumes she was stung between her legs and thus the wide stance (which I believe is used in golf for when you want to hit the ball a long ways).

I got that he thought it was between the legs, Sorry but i still do not get it. Why would a bee sting her in the perineum?
