Need Japanese translation

Hi all.

Anyone know Japanese?

My bf was in the hospital for 6 weeks with a lung problem. He didnt know the English but said it in Japanese.

To me it sounded like HI YEN or HIYEN or HIEN. I tried Japanese translation sites but couldnt find anything that suitable.

Any ideas?
