Ginger Cookies

1 cup of unsalted butter, room temperature
1 cup of light brown sugar
1/4 cup of golden syrup
2 large egg whites
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 2/3 cups plain flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger

(You can add a teaspoon of crushed cloves if you like , I don't like the taste , also you can put an almond slice on as decoration, but I know you do not like nuts.)

Mix together , roll out and cut.
Bake in oven 180 for 10 min .
