Not a girl, but ...
#1
I'm not a girl or lesbian( pretty sure anyway :3 Poke2 ). But I am quite curious about something. Kinda emarrasing,but... I saw a woman a few days back and her breasts... were leaking! . I know some people say that when a baby cries, a new mother's breast will lactate, but I didn't see her with a baby and no babies were crying:confused: .

Is this just normal for a female? I only ask, cause this incedent was just so eye opening to me, as I've never seen it in person before. Wow

(I would google it, as I usually do with anything I don't understand/ is new to me, but I'm kinda hoping for a female answer.)

While I'm also not a female, there can be many reasons for a woman to be lactating. One is she could be a mother, and even though her child wasn't there, it could be a regular feeding time, so her body's internal clock is telling her to produce milk. If the woman was say undergoing hormone therapy, this can also cause it. Also a common side effect with medication in women is lactation.

Wow, I didn't realize women had it so rough :/ . I would be mortified if for no reason(well there is one, but you know what I mean) my chest started to leak.

Makes me glad I'm a guy :3 , but kudos to you gals Kiss , cause I couldn't do it :x .

(I bb'ed my friend whose a girl and she said sometimes it happens if there's an over production of milk in the body/breast. -we're close, so the question wasn't awkward :p)

LOL I totaly missed this thread. They don't have it rough Bighug And I am sure you wouldn't be mortified. When you become a parent you stop worrying about many things (and start to worry about others Smile) Almost every woman knows about this "problem" and there is no point in being embarassed. There are also many products to prevent what you saw from happening.
But when it happens, it happens, for a mother it's no big deal. It's the fullness and tension that comes before the leaking what's more uncomfortable.

Bow yes all knowing Nick :3 .

I wouldn't be mortified per se, but it would be weird for me. Growing up with a mother like mine (loud, ghetto, obnoxious, I could go on), I don't get embarrassed often and I don't really care what people think, but to myself personally, If I were a woman and saw my breast leaking, I'd be alittle embarrassed. I only say this cause I'm a guy and not a woman, so it wouldn't be normal for me to know or experience that, but if I were a woman, I'd probably not feel the same way, as I would've received education on it.

@ Edi- I see. Was it only for that short period? or did it last for abit? My friend's friend (:p) had a baby, but her breasts lactated for a while. We don't hang out often, so I don't know for how long, but it was quite a while.

As a mother who breast fed , I can tell you one thing my internal clock was exact, that I would wake up 5 minutes before my son woke up.
Leaking is only natural when you are breastfeeding.
