Tripe...it's a hunk of cow stomach lining that gets scrubbed with a stiff brush and rubbed with lemon, then cut up and cooked in a spicy tomato sauce...it has the consistency of week-old bubble gum, and all the sauce in the world can't disguise the...peculiar...flavor...

snails anything odd (like snails, shrimps...) red meat (just because i dont eat read meat) [mushrooms (not that one!)]

Anything with onions or mushrooms. My friends always laugh at me when I open a burrito and check for onions.

Olives, Avocado, Brussel Sprouts, Marmite, Kidneys, Tripe (completely agree there [MENTION=22470]Pyromancer[/MENTION], yuck!), uncooked tomatoes, rocket. Most things with a bitter flavour really!
